Daniel Smith Days

Daniel Smith Days is a two-day Colonial reenactment and community fair that commemorates the founding families of Tennessee.

Featuring tradesmen, arts and crafts, children's activities, and walk-thru tours of the historic home, Daniel Smith Days combines living history demonstrations and family-friendly programs to create an atmosphere of education and entertainment!

You can watch demonstrations from a blacksmith, lace maker, basket weaver, log hewer, musician, and magician!

You can participate in Native American dances, enlist in the Colonial Militia, play with 18th Century toys and games, or try your hand at surveying!

You can enjoy the fine clothing in the 18th Century Fashion Show, learn something new from the War of 1812 Tribute, or meet a local author!

Daniel Smith Days is fun for all ages!

Join us the third weekend in September for our annual Colonial Festival and create your own "Living Memories!"
